Management Trainee

Saurashtra Cement Ltd (Sidheegram) is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Management Trainee - Human Resources (HR) to join our team. As a Management Trainee in HR, you will be immersed in various facets of human resources, learning the practical application of HR principles. This role is designed to provide comprehensive exposure to talent acquisition, employee relations, HR operations, and other key HR functions. You will work closely with experienced HR professionals, supporting initiatives that enhance our employee experience and organizational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, from job posting to new hire orientation.
• Support HR operations, including maintaining employee records and data management.
• Participate in employee engagement initiatives and activities.
• Learn and apply conceptual HR knowledge to real-world scenarios.
• Contribute to various HR projects and process improvements.
• Assist with employee queries and support HR team members in daily tasks.

Requirements

• MBA in Human Resources from a reputed college.
• Fluency in both English and Hindi languages is essential.
• Strong conceptual knowledge of the HR Domain.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, keen to learn, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
