MANAGEMENT TRAINEE – SUPPLY CHAIN

As a Management Trainee – Supply Chain, you will be an integral part of our operations, contributing to efficiency and innovation within our supply chain processes, ensuring seamless operations from procurement to delivery within our fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of various supply chain activities, including logistics, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Support the analysis of complex supply chain data to identify areas for improvement, streamline processes, and implement effective solutions for enhanced efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including production, sales, and marketing, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment across various operational departments.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of inventory control and stock management strategies, including the rigorous application of methodologies like FIFO (First-In, First-Out).
• Participate actively in projects aimed at enhancing overall operational efficiency, reducing costs, and improving service levels within the entire supply chain network.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and insightful presentations on supply chain performance, utilizing various analytical tools and data visualization techniques.
• Learn and apply best practices in supply chain and logistics to proactively support the company’s strategic growth objectives and market expansion.

Requirements

• Recently completed MBA or PGDM with a specialization in Supply Chain Management or Operations from a recognized institution.
• Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a data-driven approach.
• Foundational understanding of core supply chain principles, logistics operations, and warehouse management best practices.
• Proficiency in using MS Excel for advanced data analysis, reporting, and complex problem-solving scenarios.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and related concepts such as FIFO (First-In, First-Out).
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• A proactive learning mindset, a strong desire to develop expertise, and a willingness to grow within the challenging and rewarding FMCG supply chain sector.
