Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business data to identify key trends, performance drivers, and actionable growth opportunities within the D2C segment.
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives aimed at improving customer acquisition, fostering strong customer retention, and reactivating dormant customer segments.
• Actively participate in addressing live business challenges, implementing solutions to continuously enhance the overall customer experience across all touchpoints.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with internal teams, including Marketing, Customer Support, Supply Chain, Technology, and Finance, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Take full ownership of assigned projects, guiding them from initial problem identification and analysis through to successful implementation and post-launch evaluation.
• Design, build, and maintain performance dashboards, meticulously tracking key metrics and translating data insights into concrete, measurable business actions.

Requirements

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, preferably from a Tier-2 B-school or equivalent reputable institution.
• Demonstrated strong analytical capabilities and exceptional problem-solving acumen, with a knack for breaking down complex issues.
• Proven proficiency in using SQL for data extraction and analysis, alongside expert-level command of Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation and reporting.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills, enabling effective collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Possess a proactive 'go-getter' mindset, coupled with a strong sense of ownership and a decisive bias for action in a dynamic business setting.
• A genuine interest in the D2C space and a commitment to understanding and improving the customer journey.
