Payroll Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the complete employee lifecycle, encompassing meticulous hiring processes, comprehensive onboarding, accurate employee data management, timely confirmations, seamless transfers, promotions, effective HR helpdesk support, and efficient exit management including full & final settlements.
• Lead the HR Shared Services function, focusing intensely on achieving Service Level Agreement (SLA) adherence, establishing robust process governance, and ensuring operational excellence in all HR service delivery.
• Administer and optimize SAP SuccessFactors, taking charge of comprehensive HR data management, generating insightful reports, and performing advanced analytics to inform strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate strategically with various internal stakeholders including HR Business Partners, Payroll, Finance, and other business teams to ensure cohesive and seamless HR service delivery.
• Champion and drive initiatives for automation, digitization, and continuous process improvement within HR Shared Services to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the HR Shared Services team, fostering their development and actively working to enhance the overall employee experience at IndiGo.

Requirements

• An MBA or PGDM qualification in Human Resources is highly preferred.
• A minimum of 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4–5 years specifically in a leadership role within HR Operations or HR Shared Services.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience and proficiency in administering and leveraging SAP SuccessFactors.
• Exceptional analytical capabilities coupled with strong proficiency in Excel for data manipulation, MIS reporting, and generating actionable insights.
• Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders effectively and exhibit strong leadership qualities.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to driving HR process innovation.
