Jayashree Polymer Exports Pvt. Ltd. is actively seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Manager - Industrial Engineering to join our dynamic team in Chakan, Pune. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies across all operational departments.
• Conduct detailed Time & Motion Studies to analyze and optimize work methods, improve cycle times, and enhance labor utilization.
• Spearhead productivity improvement projects, identifying bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions to maximize output and resource efficiency.
• Drive 5S Implementation and sustain Kaizen activities, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and workplace organization.
• Apply Six Sigma Practices to identify and eliminate process variations, ensuring consistent quality and operational stability.
• Champion Process Optimization initiatives, leveraging data analysis and engineering principles to enhance overall operational flow and reduce waste.
• Initiate and manage digitalization initiatives and automation projects to modernize manufacturing processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Mentor and develop team members, building strong capabilities in industrial engineering and operational excellence practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 12-15 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering roles, with significant experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred), 5S, and Kaizen methodologies.
• Proven ability to conduct effective Time & Motion Studies and implement process optimization strategies.
• Strong background in digitalization initiatives and managing automation projects within a production setting.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
