MEP BIM Modeler / Engineer

Hocon Technologies India is actively seeking a talented and experienced MEP BIM Modeler / Engineer to join our growing team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. As an MEP BIM Modeler / Engineer, you will be instrumental in developing precise BIM models and ensuring seamless integration across various disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed MEP BIM models for electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection systems using Revit MEP.
• Perform comprehensive BIM coordination to identify and resolve clashes and design conflicts.
• Generate accurate shop drawings and construction documents from BIM models.
• Collaborate effectively with project teams, engineers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
• Maintain and update BIM project documentation, adhering to company and industry standards.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM processes and workflows.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of proven professional experience as an MEP BIM Modeler / Engineer.
• Proficiency in Revit MEP and other relevant BIM software.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems (Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Protection).
• Demonstrated experience in BIM modeling, coordination, and generating shop drawings.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
