Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution and comprehensive supervision of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works directly at project sites, ensuring adherence to design specifications, budget, and quality standards.
• Serve as the primary liaison, coordinating effectively with various stakeholders including consultants, contractors, architects, and internal project teams to streamline project workflows and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Thoroughly review and validate MEP drawings, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and technical specifications to ensure accuracy, compliance with industry standards, and alignment with overall project requirements.
• Oversee and manage the complete lifecycle of crucial MEP services, including Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Electrical systems, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting installations, from planning to implementation.
• Proactively monitor and report on site progress, meticulously tracking quality control, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols, and meeting project timelines and deadlines consistently.
• Facilitate seamless coordination between MEP services and civil as well as interior works, preventing conflicts, optimizing space utilization, and ensuring integrated project delivery.
• Actively support and manage the testing, commissioning, snagging, and final project handover processes, ensuring all systems are fully functional, compliant, and meet client expectations.

Requirements

• Hold a Diploma, Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.), or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related technical field from a recognized institution.
• Possess a minimum of 5 to 10 years of demonstrable and relevant experience specifically in the MEP domain, with a strong emphasis on practical application and field experience.
• Prior experience working on interior fit-out projects is highly preferred, showcasing an understanding of the unique challenges and detailed requirements of such environments.
• Exhibit strong capabilities in site execution and project coordination, demonstrating the ability to manage on-site activities efficiently and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge and understanding of MEP drawings, schematics, and the practical application of various MEP services and systems.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and make informed decisions under pressure in a fast-paced construction and interior fit-out environment.
