MERN + Agentic AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable AI-powered applications using the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
• Implement and integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) to create sophisticated AI agents and intelligent functionalities within applications.
• Develop and optimize RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) pipelines and other GenAI solutions, ensuring high performance and accuracy.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams to define specifications, plan project roadmaps, and deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, conducting thorough testing and debugging to ensure application reliability.
• Actively participate in code reviews, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, MERN Stack technologies, and Generative AI, applying new insights to enhance our products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven professional experience of 3 to 6 years in full-stack development, with significant expertise in the MERN Stack.
• Hands-on experience in building AI-powered applications, including working with AI agents, LLM integrations, and modern GenAI solutions.
• Solid understanding of database management with MongoDB, server-side development with Node.js and Express.js, and front-end development with React.
• Demonstrated ability to tackle complex technical challenges with a problem-solving mindset and deliver innovative solutions.
• A genuine passion for emerging AI technologies, continuous learning, and contributing to cutting-edge projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
