Key Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and maintain robust and interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using leading BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Conduct comprehensive data analysis from various disparate sources to identify trends, patterns, and critical business insights.
• Architect, build, and optimize scalable data models and data warehouse solutions to support advanced analytical requirements.
• Lead and support Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes and data integration initiatives, ensuring data quality and consistency.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of data across all reporting platforms and data initiatives.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to data, reports, and dashboards to ensure uninterrupted access to critical information.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of BI processes, tools, and methodologies.

Requirements

• Proven professional experience of 3-6 years as a BI Developer, Data Analyst, or a similar role focused on business intelligence.
• Exceptional proficiency and hands-on experience with SQL for complex data querying, manipulation, and database optimization.
• Demonstrable expertise in using leading Business Intelligence platforms, specifically Power BI or Tableau, for report and dashboard development.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling techniques (dimensional and relational), and ETL principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical information and data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Familiarity with various data sources and integration methods.
