Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and meticulously maintain comprehensive Management Information Systems (MIS) reports, interactive dashboards, and executive summaries using advanced Excel functionalities and Power BI.
• Perform in-depth data analysis on diverse operational datasets to identify trends, pinpoint performance bottlenecks, and discover opportunities for efficiency gains within a fast-paced BPO/Customer Experience environment.
• Translate complex analytical findings and statistical data into clear, concise, and visually engaging presentations and narratives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with various internal departments to thoroughly understand their unique data requirements and provide tailored analytical support.
• Implement rigorous data validation and quality assurance processes to guarantee the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all reported metrics and insights.
• Actively contribute to the ongoing enhancement of reporting tools, methodologies, and data collection processes to ensure maximum effectiveness and relevance.
• Support strategic planning and operational excellence by delivering timely, accurate, and insightful data-driven recommendations to management.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of proven professional experience in MIS reporting, business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar analytical capacity, with a strong preference for experience gained within a BPO or Customer Experience industry.
• Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel, encompassing advanced skills in Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, index-match, complex formulas, conditional formatting, and robust data modeling techniques.
• Demonstrated solid understanding and practical experience with Power BI for creating dynamic dashboards, reports, and compelling data visualizations is a significant advantage.
• Possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with an innate ability to deconstruct intricate problems and develop logical, data-backed solutions.
• Meticulous attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to producing highly accurate and reliable data outputs.
• Familiarity with SQL for data querying and extraction, along with basic Python scripting for data manipulation, will be considered a valuable asset.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data clearly to diverse audiences.
• Ability to thrive in both independent and team-oriented settings, effectively managing multiple analytical projects and deadlines.
