Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead the collection, processing, and analysis of extensive datasets from various sources to support business operations.
• Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive Management Information System (MIS) reports and dashboards for key stakeholders.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to generate actionable insights and recommendations for performance improvement.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all data used for reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate closely with different departments to understand their data requirements and deliver tailored reporting solutions.
• Develop and optimize data extraction queries and reporting tools to enhance efficiency and reporting capabilities.
• Present complex data findings and analytical results clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement in data collection, storage, and reporting mechanisms.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3-4 years of progressive experience as an MIS Data Analyst or in a similar data-centric role.
• Proven expertise in handling large volumes of data and performing complex data analysis.
• Strong proficiency in MIS reporting tools and advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
• Solid understanding and practical experience with SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills to effectively liaise with internal teams.
• Demonstrated ability to translate raw data into insightful, business-oriented conclusions.
• Minimum qualification of a Graduate degree in a relevant field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
• Prior experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is a significant advantage.
