MIS Executive

Rupee112 is actively seeking an experienced and detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our team in Udyog Vihar Phase 1, Gurugram. This crucial role involves preparing, maintaining, and analyzing collection-related reports and dashboards, directly supporting key business decisions and enhancing operational performance. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports.
• Generate comprehensive collection performance reports for senior management review.
• Maintain and regularly update critical databases and tracking systems to ensure data integrity.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of collection data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Distribute productivity and attendance reports to relevant internal stakeholders.
• Ensure the highest level of data accuracy and adherence to timely reporting schedules.
• Provide support to management by generating ad-hoc reports and performing specific data analyses as required.
• Coordinate effectively with Operations and HR teams to gather necessary data for reporting.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required.
• 1-3 years of proven experience in an MIS role, preferably within a collections-focused environment.
• Demonstrated advanced proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and complex Formulas.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all reports and data management tasks.
• Familiarity with various MIS reporting tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective stakeholder interaction.
