Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle development of enterprise applications using cutting-edge .NET technologies and best practices.
• Translate complex business needs and functional specifications into innovative, efficient, and scalable technical designs and solutions.
• Develop and maintain high-performance backend services, APIs, and data access layers with C# and the .NET framework, integrating seamlessly with SQL Server databases.
• Collaborate effectively with front-end development teams to ensure robust integration between Angular-based user interfaces and backend systems.
• Participate actively in code reviews, offering constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to coding standards, architectural guidelines, and security protocols.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the optimal performance, reliability, and responsiveness of applications.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a closely related field is required.
• Minimum of 14 years of progressive professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on .NET technologies.
• Demonstrated expert-level proficiency in C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, and ASP.NET for building robust enterprise-grade applications.
• Extensive experience with SQL Server, including database design, query optimization, and complex stored procedure development.
• Solid understanding and practical experience with front-end development using Angular.
• Proven ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective, scalable, and maintainable technical solutions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Prior experience working within a state government environment is highly preferred, demonstrating an understanding of public sector project requirements.
