Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance full-stack applications using Golang and modern front-end frameworks.
• Implement and manage microservices architecture to ensure system resilience, scalability, and modularity.
• Optimize PostgreSQL databases, write efficient queries, and manage database schema migrations.
• Build and integrate REST APIs, WebSockets, and Server-Sent Events (SSE) for seamless real-time data communication.
• Deploy and manage applications using Docker and Kubernetes for efficient containerization and orchestration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features for enterprise software, CRM, ERP, HRMS, and automation platforms.
• Ensure the responsiveness, efficiency, and security of applications, focusing on clean architecture and robust system design principles.
• Actively participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural discussions, and mentor junior developers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Proficiency in Golang, especially with frameworks like Fiber, for backend development.
• Demonstrable experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as Next.js or Remix.js for building interactive user interfaces.
• Strong expertise in PostgreSQL, including query optimization and database management.
• Experience with Microservices architecture, Docker, and Kubernetes for scalable deployments.
• Solid understanding and practical experience with REST APIs, WebSockets, and SSE.
• Familiarity with Flutter development is a significant advantage.
• Proven ability to develop scalable, real-time applications with a focus on clean architecture and system design.
• Experience with AI-assisted development workflows and a passion for leveraging new technologies.
