Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and APIs using C#, .NET, and .NET Core frameworks.
• Implement and optimize interactive frontend user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or React.
• Manage and optimize MS SQL Server databases, including schema design, stored procedures, indexing, and advanced query optimization.
• Oversee the successful deployment of applications to various environments, including on-premise servers and cloud platforms like AWS.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, architectural specifications, and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of applications across the entire technology stack.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship, fostering best practices in code quality, testing, and development methodologies.
• Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues independently.

Requirements

• Minimum of 12 years of progressive professional experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong emphasis on .NET technologies.
• Expert-level proficiency in C#, .NET, and .NET Core for building scalable and high-performance Web APIs.
• Demonstrable experience with modern frontend JavaScript frameworks, specifically Angular or React.
• Deep understanding of MS SQL Server, including advanced database design principles, stored procedure development, and query optimization techniques.
• Proven track record of deploying and managing applications on both on-premise infrastructure and AWS cloud environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
• Exceptional independent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
• Familiarity with AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Anthropic Claude is considered a significant plus.
