Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with senior developers and product managers to understand project requirements and translate them into functional, scalable web solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust and efficient code for both client-side (front-end) and server-side (back-end) applications using modern development practices.
• Implement user interfaces and enhance user experience through clean, responsive, and intuitive design, focusing on performance and accessibility.
• Develop and manage APIs, databases, and server-side logic, ensuring seamless data flow and application functionality.
• Participate actively in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
• Assist in identifying, debugging, and resolving technical issues and bugs across various parts of the application stack.
• Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure the reliability and robustness of developed features.
• Continuously research and learn new technologies, frameworks, and tools to stay updated with industry trends and improve development processes.

Requirements

• A recent Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field from a recognized institution.
• A strong foundational understanding of computer science principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Demonstrable passion for programming and software development, potentially showcased through personal projects, hackathon participation, or academic coursework.
• Solid grasp of front-end web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Basic knowledge of a front-end framework/library like React, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus.
• Understanding of server-side programming concepts and experience with at least one back-end language/framework (e.g., Node.js with Express.js, Python).
