O2C & US Billing Executive

Mindlance is urgently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented O2C & US Billing Executive to join our dynamic team in Sector 63, Noida. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the end-to-end Order to Cash (O2C) cycle, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all stages from order processing to cash application.
• Execute comprehensive US billing operations, including invoice generation, dispute resolution, and managing client accounts in adherence to US financial standards.
• Apply strong knowledge of accounting principles, journal entries, and general ledger reconciliation to maintain precise financial records.
• Utilize MS Excel extensively for various tasks, including data validation, pivot table creation, formula application, and generating financial reports to support O2C and billing activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and finance, to resolve billing discrepancies, streamline processes, and enhance overall operational effectiveness.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of all billing-related documentation, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities relevant to O2C and billing functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Master's degree in Commerce (M.Com), or Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance.
• A minimum of 6 months to 2 years of proven, relevant experience in Order to Cash (O2C) processes, billing, or accounts receivable roles.
• Demonstrated strong proficiency in MS Excel, including the ability to create complex formulas, use data validation, and master pivot tables for reporting and analysis.
• Solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles, journal entries, and financial reconciliation procedures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in managing financial data.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
