Operations Specialist - Night Shift

NPOWA Solutions is actively seeking dedicated Operations Specialists for our night shift operations in Mangalore. This critical role involves supporting our international logistics and freight forwarding activities, ensuring seamless operations during non-standard hours. We are looking for proactive individuals with a background in logistics, freight forwarding, shipment coordination, or customs operations to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and book air freight shipments directly with various airlines.
• Provide timely and accurate shipment updates to both customers and suppliers.
• Monitor road freight movements across the European Union and proactively address any delays.
• Manage out-of-hours import and export customs activities efficiently.
• Collaborate effectively with transport partners, customs agents, and other key stakeholders.
• Maintain precise shipment records and ensure smooth shift handovers for continuity.

Requirements

• Previous experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of air freight, EU road freight, and customs procedures is a significant advantage.
• Possess strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Exhibit excellent attention to detail and the capacity to work independently.
• Ability to work dedicated night shifts, with timings either 7:00 PM - 1:00 AM IST or 1:00 AM - 7:00 AM IST.
