Oracle Fusion HCM Security Consultant

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Security Consultant to join our dynamic team in Pune. This pivotal role involves designing, configuring, and implementing robust security solutions within Oracle Fusion HCM, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive HR data. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the application security configuration and implementation within Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft, Workday, and other HR ERP systems.
• Design and configure security roles, access profiles, and manage user access across complex ERP environments.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive security documentation, ensuring compliance with enterprise security governance.
• Utilize tools such as HDL (HCM Data Loader), HCM Extracts, Oracle BI Publisher, and other HCM reporting tools for data management.
• Participate actively in ERP implementation projects, covering the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Support complex ERP environments, including real-time and batch integrations with upstream and downstream systems.
• Apply best practices for Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Segregation of Duties (SoD), and overall application security.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5-12 years of experience, with at least 3 years focused on application security within Oracle HCM.
• Proven expertise in security role design, configuration, and user access management in HR ERP systems.
• Hands-on experience with HDL, HCM Extracts, Oracle BI Publisher, and page personalization.
• Demonstrated experience in ERP implementation projects across the SDLC.
• Strong understanding of RBAC, SoD, and enterprise security governance principles.
• Experience supporting complex ERP environments with real-time and batch integrations.
• Familiarity with Agile Methodologies, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and application security best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
