Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of Oracle HCM integration technologies, including HCM Extracts, BI Reports, and Fast Formula.
- Design and build complex integration solutions within the Oracle HCM environment.
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure the successful delivery of solutions through all phases of the development life cycle, including SDLC.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on Oracle Fusion HCM best practices and integration strategies.
- Perform comprehensive testing and debugging of developed solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Contribute to ongoing system enhancements and maintenance efforts for Oracle Fusion HCM applications.
Requirements
- 6-12 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 3 years specifically in Oracle HCM integration technologies.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in Oracle HCM integration development.
- Minimum 3 years of development experience with Oracle Database or similar database technologies.
- Proven experience working on projects involving solution implementation and development life cycles (SDLC).
- Strong technical proficiency in Oracle Fusion HCM and integration development.
- Ability to join the team within an immediate to 30-day notice period.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
