Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR and HRMS Security.
• Provide functional expertise and support for Oracle Fusion Finance and HRMS systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle HCM functionalities.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Oracle HCM, Oracle Fusion Finance, and HRMS Security.
• Strong understanding of HRMS Functional Help Desk operations and best practices.
• Ability to analyze complex business problems and propose effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant Oracle certifications are a plus.
