PLUMBING BIM MODELER

Drawlines is actively seeking an experienced and highly skilled Plumbing BIM Modeler to join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. This is an exceptional opportunity for a professional with a robust background in Building Information Modeling (BIM) to contribute to cutting-edge projects across the region. As a Plumbing BIM Modeler, you will play a crucial role in developing detailed and accurate BIM models for a variety of complex plumbing, drainage, and water supply systems, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive BIM models for plumbing, drainage, and water supply systems using advanced software like Revit MEP.
• Execute detailed BIM modelling, ensuring precision and adherence to project specifications and industry standards.
• Perform clash detection and coordination with other disciplines (architectural, structural, electrical) to resolve design conflicts proactively.
• Prepare high-quality shop drawings and coordination drawings to facilitate efficient construction and installation processes.
• Apply strong knowledge of BIM modelling and coordination principles to optimize project workflows and deliverables.
• Collaborate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design intent is accurately translated into models.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM processes and standards within the organization.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience as a Plumbing BIM Modeler, preferably within the UAE market.
• Exceptional proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP for plumbing systems design and documentation.
• Proven expertise in developing models for Plumbing, Drainage, and Water Supply systems.
• In-depth understanding of BIM methodologies, workflows, and coordination practices.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare accurate shop drawings and comprehensive coordination drawings.
• Working knowledge of Navisworks and AutoCAD will be considered a significant advantage.
• Prior experience with projects located in Dubai or the broader UAE region is highly preferred.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills to thrive in a collaborative environment.
