PLUMBING BIM MODELER

The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the precision and efficiency of our projects by developing, coordinating, and managing comprehensive Building Information Models from their initial concept through to successful completion. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage accurate and detailed BIM models across architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) disciplines, ensuring they meet project specifications and quality standards.
• Facilitate seamless coordination with multi-disciplinary design teams, project managers, and on-site construction personnel, effectively integrating all project elements into a cohesive model.
• Proactively conduct thorough clash detection analyses using advanced software tools, identifying potential conflicts and proposing practical, innovative solutions to enhance constructability and mitigate risks.
• Generate precise and comprehensive shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and other essential construction documentation, including Bills of Quantities (BOQs), to support procurement, fabrication, and installation processes.
• Ensure strict compliance of all BIM models and related documentation with established project standards, local regulations, and international building codes, maintaining the highest levels of accuracy and completeness.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM methodologies, workflows, and best practices within the organization, staying abreast of industry advancements and technological innovations.
• Assist in the review and validation of subcontractor BIM submissions, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives and model integrity.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on professional experience as a BIM Modeler within the UAE, specifically demonstrating a strong portfolio of involvement in high-rise building construction projects.
• Advanced proficiency and a proven track record in utilizing industry-leading BIM software, including Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Demonstrable expertise in creating and managing models for Architectural, Structural, and MEP systems, showcasing a deep understanding of each discipline's requirements.
• Strong foundational knowledge of BIM coordination principles, data management, and practical experience in executing effective clash detection and resolution processes.
• Capability to accurately prepare and interpret shop drawings, construction documentation, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) with meticulous attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse project stakeholders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
