Production Supervisors

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor or Shift Supervisor to join our fast-growing organization in the Adhesives and Epoxy industry. Based in Chakan, Pune, this role is crucial for ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all production activities during assigned rotational shifts.
• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of operators and technicians to consistently achieve production targets.
• Monitor critical process parameters and ensure strict compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain accurate production records, shift reports, and essential manufacturing documentation.
• Ensure stringent adherence to Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations, as well as quality standards.
• Coordinate effectively with Maintenance, Quality Assurance, and other relevant departments to streamline operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster operational excellence across all production processes.
• Train and mentor shop-floor personnel on best practices in safety protocols and process operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Chemistry, OR a Diploma/Degree in Chemical Engineering.
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in Chemical, Adhesive, Epoxy, Resin, Paint, Coating, or Specialty Chemical manufacturing.
• Demonstrated experience in effectively handling production teams and managing shift operations.
• Strong knowledge of production documentation practices and comprehensive safety standards.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness and ability to work in rotational shifts as required by production demands.
