Project Manager

Futran Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead our innovative AI/GenAI projects. This pivotal role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of AI methodologies and a proven track record in delivering complex projects. As a Project Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the successful execution of cutting-edge AI initiatives, contributing significantly to our technological advancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of AI and Generative AI projects from conception to delivery.
• Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure efficient project execution and timely delivery.
• Oversee the development and deployment of AI solutions, including RAG systems, AI Assistants, Chatbots, and Automation tools.
• Manage multiple project initiatives simultaneously, coordinating cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Engage effectively with senior leadership and diverse stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, identify and mitigate risks, and establish robust project governance structures.
• Ensure project delivery meets quality standards, budget constraints, and specified timelines.
• Utilize project management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, and Confluence for tracking and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in project management, with significant exposure to AI/GenAI project delivery.
• Demonstrated expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and their application in AI development.
• Proven experience with technologies such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Assistants, Chatbots, and automation.
• Strong capabilities in managing complex projects, cross-functional teams, and stakeholder expectations.
• Proficiency in project planning, risk management, and establishing effective project governance.
• Familiarity with project management tools including JIRA, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
