As a QA Automation Tester at DevLabs Technology, you will play a crucial role in validating the functionality, performance, and reliability of our software applications. You will work closely with experienced developers and QA specialists, gaining hands-on experience with industry-standard automation tools and methodologies. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute robust automation test scripts using Java and Selenium WebDriver to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Perform thorough functional, regression, and system testing on various software applications across different platforms.
• Utilize SQL queries to validate data integrity, database transactions, and backend processes effectively.
• Identify, document, and meticulously track software defects, working closely with development teams for timely resolution.
• Actively participate in the entire Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), from requirements analysis to test execution and reporting.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional QA and Development teams to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the enhancement of testing frameworks and methodologies, adopting best practices in software quality assurance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong foundational knowledge and hands-on experience in Java programming language.
• Familiarity with Selenium WebDriver for automated web application testing.
• Basic to intermediate understanding of SQL queries for database validation.
• Clear comprehension of core software testing principles and the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate issues and collaborate with team members.
