Qt/QML Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain robust, efficient applications using the comprehensive Qt framework and QML.
• Design and implement highly responsive, visually appealing, and user-friendly graphical interfaces with Qt Quick/QML, ensuring a consistent user experience across various platforms.
• Seamlessly integrate complex backend logic with the QML frontend, ensuring optimal functionality, performance, and data flow within applications.
• Conduct thorough debugging, extensive testing, and meticulous performance optimization for new and existing applications to ensure stability and efficiency.
• Actively collaborate with multidisciplinary cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
• Participate in the entire application development lifecycle, from initial conceptualization and requirements gathering to deployment, maintenance, and ongoing support.
• Contribute to code reviews, adhere to stringent coding standards, and implement software development best practices to ensure code quality and team cohesion.
• Research and evaluate new technologies and tools to continuously improve our development processes and product offerings.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 to 2 years of proven hands-on experience in professional application development specifically with Qt, QML, and C++.
• Demonstrable strong understanding of Qt Quick, proficient use of Qt Creator IDE, and practical knowledge of architectural patterns such as MVC/MVVM.
• Proficiency with Git or similar version control systems, coupled with a solid adherence to modern software development best practices and methodologies.
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills, with a methodical approach to identifying and resolving complex technical issues.
• Prior experience in developing robust applications for embedded Linux or Windows environments is considered a significant advantage.
• Ability to work both independently on tasks and effectively as a collaborative member of a diverse, team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate technical concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
