Key Responsibilities

• Actively participate in the understanding and analysis of project requirements, specifications, and design documents.
• Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test plans and detailed test cases for various software modules and features.
• Perform different types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, system, and user interface (UI) testing, to identify defects and ensure application stability.
• Accurately identify, document, and track software bugs and anomalies using issue tracking systems, ensuring clear communication with development teams.
• Collaborate closely with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, methodologies, and tools within the team.
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of test environments and test data for various testing activities.
• Provide timely and detailed feedback on the quality and performance of applications.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 0 to 1 year of experience in quality assurance; fresh graduates with relevant academic projects or internships are encouraged to apply.
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration and documentation.
• Proven ability to think analytically and solve problems methodically, with a strong focus on logical reasoning.
• An inherent strong eye for detail and accuracy, ensuring no stone is left unturned in defect detection.
• High level of proactivity and a strong desire to learn new technologies and QA methodologies rapidly.
• Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC) concepts.
• Prior experience or familiarity with the e-learning industry will be considered a significant advantage.
