Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates for various IT roles.
• Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
• Support the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer.
• Learn and apply best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment.

Requirements

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
• Graduation year 2025 or 2026.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.
• Ability to work in a UK shift environment (1:00 PM - 10:00 PM).
