As a Recruitment Consultancy Partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our talent acquisition efforts by sourcing and delivering highly qualified candidates for various open positions across different experience levels. Key Responsibilities

• Actively source and identify top-tier candidates for a diverse range of roles within Edulift.
• Pre-screen and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from initial contact to offer extension.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
• Collaborate closely with Edulift's HR team to understand specific hiring needs and strategies.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate pipelines.

Requirements

• Proven track record of success in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably within a consultancy setting.
• Strong understanding of various recruitment methodologies and sourcing techniques.
• Ability to identify and attract candidates across multiple industries and experience levels.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical recruitment practices and confidentiality.
• Preference will be given to consultancies based in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
