Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet Justdial’s ongoing and anticipated hiring demands.
• Collaborate closely with Justdial’s internal HR and hiring teams to understand specific job requirements and cultural fit.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, candidate pipeline, and market insights.
• Ensure a quick turnaround time for candidate submissions and interview scheduling to maintain hiring momentum.
• Uphold the highest standards of candidate experience and recruitment best practices.
• Leverage advanced sourcing techniques and tools to reach a broad and diverse pool of talent.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a recruitment consultancy or staffing agency, specifically handling volume hiring projects.
• Strong candidate network and extensive market knowledge across various sectors in India.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality candidates within tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders.
