Key Responsibilities

• Actively source and mobilize a high volume of candidates across India for blue-collar and bulk hiring requirements.
• Identify, screen, and present eligible candidates who meet specific educational and vocational criteria, including 10th Pass, 12th Pass, ITI, and Diploma holders.
• Collaborate effectively with Myskillsversity to understand specific hiring needs and program objectives.
• Ensure a seamless and efficient candidate onboarding process, aligning with Myskillsversity's Learn & Earn Program guidelines.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication channels with Myskillsversity regarding candidate pipelines and recruitment progress.
• Contribute to the success of our initiatives by consistently delivering qualified candidates for various roles.
• Operate with integrity and a commitment to quality in all recruitment activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment, candidate mobilization, or talent acquisition, particularly in bulk hiring or blue-collar sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to access and engage a large pool of eligible candidates across different educational backgrounds.
• An established network as a Recruitment Vendor, Sub-Vendor, Freelancer, NGO, Placement Cell, or Bulk Candidate Mobilizer.
• Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple recruitment drives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and Myskillsversity teams.
• A commitment to long-term partnership and shared success in empowering talent across India.
• Familiarity with various sourcing channels and candidate engagement strategies.
