Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and present qualified candidates for active hiring mandates provided by Akshu Career Pvt. Ltd.
• Collaborate effectively with our internal team to understand specific client requirements and job specifications.
• Utilize various recruitment channels, including bulk hiring strategies and campus recruitment, to identify top talent.
• Specialize in either IT or Non-IT recruitment, or possess a broad capability across multiple sectors.
• Ensure a high level of professionalism and efficiency in all recruitment processes and candidate submissions.
• Actively participate in closing positions faster and contributing to the overall growth of the partnership.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a recruitment agency, independent recruiter, freelance consultant, staffing company, or manpower supplier.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a partnership framework.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing candidates across various industries.
• Expertise in either IT or Non-IT recruitment is highly valued.
