Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth B2B market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend assessment to identify emerging opportunities and challenges.
• Proactively gather, compile, and analyze large datasets from various sources, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all collected information.
• Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive Management Information System (MIS) reports, dashboards, and analytical tools for internal stakeholders.
• Perform detailed data analysis to extract actionable business intelligence, translating complex findings into clear, concise, and impactful reports for senior management.
• Support lead generation and sales enablement efforts by identifying and profiling potential clients and market segments through meticulous research.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to understand their specific data and research requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Implement and continuously refine data quality assurance processes and protocols to ensure the reliability and validity of all research outcomes.
• Assist in the development and optimization of research methodologies, tools, and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of proven professional experience within the B2B industry, specifically in roles involving market research, data analysis, or MIS reporting.
• Demonstrated expertise in generating insightful MIS reports and performing advanced data manipulation and analysis using relevant tools.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with an unwavering attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities, capable of articulating complex data insights clearly and engagingly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data organization, analysis, and visualization is essential.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a demanding, deadline-driven, and target-oriented work environment.
