As an RPO Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent for our diverse client base, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for various client requirements across IT, Non-IT, and Healthcare domains.
• Utilize advanced sourcing strategies to identify and engage with qualified candidates through multiple channels.
• Conduct thorough screening and interviewing processes to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing an exceptional experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver suitable talent solutions effectively.
• Work efficiently in a target-oriented environment, managing multiple requisitions concurrently.
• Provide regular updates and insights on recruitment progress and market trends to internal stakeholders and clients.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of demonstrated experience in RPO recruitment.
• Proven expertise in IT, Non-IT, and Healthcare recruitment.
• Exceptional sourcing and screening capabilities.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and candidate management skills.
• Ability to comprehend client requirements swiftly and deliver results effectively.
• Capable of working the US shift, 5 days a week.
