Key Responsibilities
- Proactively prepare, manage, and meticulously maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, ensuring complete accuracy and timely distribution to all relevant stakeholders and management.
- Take full ownership of maintaining and consistently updating comprehensive sales databases and crucial MIS records, guaranteeing the utmost data integrity and accessibility.
- Generate detailed, insightful reports, dynamic dashboards, and compelling visual presentations using a variety of essential tools, including MS Excel, Google Sheets, the company's ERP, and CRM systems, specifically for strategic review meetings.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of sales performance data, identifying key trends, variances, and providing actionable insights to senior management for informed and proactive decision-making.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all sales coordination activities, efficiently handling customer inquiries, preparing precise quotations, processing orders diligently, and monitoring deliveries from their initiation to successful completion.
- Track the complete lifecycle of customer orders, from receipt to final dispatch, ensuring timely processing, efficient logistics, and proactively resolving any potential issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain meticulously organized and up-to-date customer records and manage all essential sales documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance and easy retrieval for auditing or reference purposes.
- Actively follow up with customers regarding pending orders, payment statuses, and systematically gather valuable feedback to continuously enhance service delivery and foster stronger, long-term customer relationships.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or a closely related quantitative field is highly preferred for this role.
- A proven track record of 3 to 8 years of progressive and relevant experience in a dedicated Sales Coordination, MIS Executive, or a similar dual-function administrative and analytical role.
- Demonstrable advanced proficiency in using MS Excel and Google Sheets for complex data manipulation, statistical analysis, and comprehensive report generation.
- Practical familiarity and hands-on experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is considered essential.
- Exceptional analytical capabilities with a strong aptitude for interpreting complex sales data and translating raw information into clear, concise reports and impactful presentations.
- Superior organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and an unwavering commitment to maintaining data accuracy and consistency across all tasks and platforms.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities, to collaborate effectively with diverse internal teams and engage professionally with external customers.
