Salesforce Tech Lead

Team Geek Solutions is actively seeking an experienced Salesforce Tech Lead to guide our Salesforce implementation and development efforts. This leadership role requires a strong technical background in Salesforce, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering innovative CRM solutions. As a Salesforce Tech Lead, you will be instrumental in shaping our Salesforce strategy and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of Salesforce developers.
• Architect scalable and robust Salesforce applications adhering to best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality and maintainability of Salesforce code.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Tech Lead or similar leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns and APIs.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform Developer II, Marketing Cloud Consultant) are highly desirable.
