Senior AI Engineer

CANDEN Technologies Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior AI/ML Engineer to join our innovative team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about developing and deploying production-grade AI systems that tackle complex business challenges. As a Senior AI/ML Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and operating enterprise AI solutions leveraging cutting-edge technologies like Agentic AI, RAG, and Large Language Models.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement production-grade Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, incorporating robust retrieval, evaluation, and hallucination mitigation strategies.
• Develop and manage sophisticated multi-agent AI systems, focusing on orchestration, planning, memory management, and seamless tool integration.
• Deploy diverse AI workloads across leading cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, adhering to cloud-native best practices.
• Establish comprehensive monitoring, observability, governance, and security controls to ensure the reliability and safety of AI applications.
• Continuously optimize model performance, addressing latency, cost-efficiency, and overall reliability in live production environments.
• Collaborate effectively with product teams, engineering counterparts, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful AI-driven solutions.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of hands-on experience in designing, deploying, and operating enterprise AI solutions.
• Demonstrated expertise in Agentic AI and Multi-Agent Systems.
• Strong background in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) implementation.
• Proficiency with Large Language Models from providers like OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, and Mistral.
• Experience with AI/ML Solution Architecture.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, CrewAI, and LangChain.
• Solid understanding of cloud deployment practices on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
