Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies for bottles, closures, and labels, aligning with overall business objectives and market trends.
• Lead strategic negotiations with suppliers to secure optimal terms, pricing, and service level agreements that enhance cost efficiency and quality.
• Strengthen and manage key supplier relationships, fostering collaboration and driving innovation within our supply chain ecosystem.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities for cost savings and profitability improvement across the packaging procurement lifecycle.
• Build and maintain a resilient and agile supply chain capable of adapting to market fluctuations and ensuring uninterrupted supply.
• Oversee the entire procurement process, from vendor selection and contract management to performance monitoring and risk mitigation.
• Analyze market intelligence, industry benchmarks, and supply chain dynamics to inform strategic decisions and proactive category management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, operations, quality, and marketing teams to ensure packaging meets all specifications and brand requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior procurement or category management role, with significant focus on packaging materials (bottles, closures, labels).
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and complex contract negotiations.
• Deep understanding of supply chain principles, logistics, and manufacturing processes within a fast-paced industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.
