Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of complex projects and programs within the wearable healthcare and wellness technology domain, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Oversee cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability to achieve project milestones and deliverables on time and within budget.
• Serve as a primary client-facing representative, managing stakeholder expectations, facilitating communication, and building strong, lasting relationships.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in project and program management, including Agile and Lean methodologies, to optimize delivery processes.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle, implementing effective solutions to ensure successful outcomes.
• Contribute to the strategic planning and execution of our MedTech and digital health initiatives, enhancing our product offerings and market presence.
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory and compliance standards inherent in the medical device and healthcare technology sectors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Business, Engineering, or a closely related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in project delivery, program management, healthcare operations, clinical research, or within the MedTech or digital health industries.
• Demonstrated experience in leading diverse, cross-functional teams and successfully managing client-facing engagements.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to resolve complex problems effectively.
• Proven capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a dynamic and fast-evolving technological environment.
• Prior experience with wearable devices, medical devices, or healthcare technology is highly preferred.
• Project management certifications such as PMP, Agile, or Lean are a significant advantage.
