Senior Executive Human Resources

CBSPL INDIA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Executive Human Resources to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in expanding our recruitment network under the Learn & Earn Program, focusing on driving bulk blue-collar recruitment initiatives across the nation. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with various partners and contribute significantly to building India's workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with recruitment vendors, sub-vendors, HR freelancers, NGOs, skill development bodies, college placement cells, and training institutes.
• Strategize and implement effective recruitment plans for bulk blue-collar hiring across diverse regions.
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely and efficient placement of candidates.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant recruitment regulations and company policies.
• Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand staffing needs and align recruitment strategies.

Requirements

• Proven prior experience in blue-collar and/or bulk recruitment is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of the Indian job market and talent acquisition strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse partnerships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
