Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design, development, and deployment of robust full-stack applications leveraging Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architectures.
• Pioneer the integration of Generative AI capabilities, AI agents, and Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise solutions, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Design and implement highly efficient RESTful APIs, connecting diverse systems and ensuring seamless data flow across the application landscape.
• Champion rigorous testing practices, including the implementation of comprehensive test automation frameworks using tools like JUnit 5 and JBehave to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Apply advanced Prompt Engineering techniques and utilize modern development accelerators such as GitHub Copilot and Claude to optimize development cycles and foster innovation.
• Oversee the containerization and orchestration of applications using Docker and Kubernetes, alongside managing CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and ensuring code integrity with SonarQube.
• Provide expert technical leadership, mentorship, and strategic guidance to development teams, promoting best practices in Agile methodologies and the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Collaborate closely with product owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver high-value solutions.

Requirements

• Extensive proven experience (8+ years preferred) as a Full Stack Java Lead or a similar senior development role, with deep proficiency in Java and the Spring Boot framework.
• Demonstrable hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and the development of AI agents.
• Proficiency with leading AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel.
• Solid expertise in designing and implementing REST APIs, working with relational databases (SQL), and experience with messaging systems like Kafka and caching solutions such as Redis.
• Strong background in modern DevOps practices and tools, including Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and static code analysis with SonarQube.
• Expertise in applying Agile methodologies and a comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in a fast-paced environment.
