Senior HR Operations Leader

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, optimize, and oversee all aspects of end-to-end HR operations, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.
• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive compensation and total rewards strategies, including market benchmarking and competitive analysis.
• Direct the administration of payroll, manage HRIS platforms, and champion process automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure stringent adherence to statutory compliance, labour laws, and internal policies, preparing the organization for regular audits.
• Manage the complete employee lifecycle, from robust onboarding and thorough background verification to structured exits and retirals processes.
• Drive HR analytics and deliver insightful Management Information System (MIS) reporting to inform strategic decision-making and measure HR effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and foster a positive workplace culture.

Requirements

• Master’s degree (MBA / PGDM) specializing in Human Resources from a reputed institution.
• A minimum of 15-18 years of progressive and comprehensive experience in HR leadership roles.
• Prior industry experience in Aerospace, Defence, UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle), or Manufacturing sectors is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in HR operations, compensation & benefits, payroll management, HRIS, and process automation.
• In-depth knowledge of Indian labour laws, statutory compliance, and best practices in HR audit readiness.
• Proven track record of driving HR analytics and leveraging data for strategic decision-making.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
