Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of highly scalable and secure full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Develop and optimize responsive, intuitive user interfaces with React, ensuring exceptional performance, usability, and maintainability across various platforms.
• Architect and integrate advanced Agentic AI, AI Agents, and Large Language Models (LLMs) into core enterprise solutions, transforming user interactions and data processing.
• Design, build, and maintain robust REST APIs to facilitate seamless and efficient communication between front-end components and back-end services.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and AI research teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and innovative product features.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and testability through rigorous unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, along with comprehensive code reviews.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and best practices.
• Actively research and evaluate new technologies, tools, and methodologies in full-stack development, AI, and machine learning to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• A minimum of 6 years of progressive professional experience in full-stack software development, with a strong focus on Java ecosystems.
• Exceptional proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and extensive experience in designing and implementing Microservices.
• Demonstrated expertise in modern front-end frameworks, particularly React, including Redux or similar state management libraries.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, AI Agents, Large Language Models (LLMs), or other Generative AI concepts and applications.
• Practical knowledge and experience with AI integration frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or similar tools for building AI-driven solutions.
• Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL/NoSQL), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and CI/CD pipelines.
