Senior Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Coordinator to join the Abhinav Bindra Foundation Trust (ABFT) team in Pune, Maharashtra. This role is crucial for the successful implementation of our school-based programs, requiring a professional with a strong background in project management and stakeholder engagement. The Senior Project Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution and overall success of our educational initiatives, contributing significantly to the foundation's mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the implementation of school-based programs, ensuring adherence to project timelines and objectives.
• Manage comprehensive project plans, resources, and budgets effectively.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including schools and community partners.
• Monitor program progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare detailed reports on project status, achievements, and challenges for senior management.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Ensure all program activities align with the foundation's strategic goals and values.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management and program implementation, preferably in the social or educational sector.
• Demonstrated ability in team coordination and effective stakeholder engagement.
• Mandatory proficiency in Marathi, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with local communities.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively within Pune for program site visits.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to achieving project goals.
