Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of comprehensive PLM solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with business objectives.
• Apply hands-on expertise with leading PLM platforms, including Teamcenter, to drive effective customization, configuration, and implementation strategies.
• Conduct thorough analysis of existing PLM processes, identifying critical gaps, bottlenecks, and areas for strategic improvement.
• Develop detailed PLM workflows, robust data models, and seamless integration approaches to enhance enterprise data flow.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and clients to deeply understand their requirements, translating them into actionable and innovative PLM solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling technical workshops and solution presentations, demonstrating the value proposition of proposed PLM architectures.
• Provide expert guidance on PLM integrations with critical enterprise systems like CAD and ERP, ensuring smooth data exchange and operational synergy.
• Leverage extensive experience in manufacturing and engineering environments to deliver highly relevant and impactful PLM strategies.

Requirements

• A minimum of 10-12 years of progressive experience within the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) domain.
• Demonstrable strong experience in PLM Solution Designing and Solution Architecture.
• Proven hands-on experience with major PLM platforms, such as Teamcenter, including customization, configuration, and implementation.
• Solid understanding of PLM processes and the ability to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Proficiency in designing scalable PLM solutions, workflows, data models, and integration strategies.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with experience in gathering requirements and presenting solutions to business stakeholders.
• Exposure to technical workshops, solution presentations, and pre-sales activities.
• A good understanding of PLM integrations with CAD/ERP systems and enterprise data flows.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or engineering environments is highly preferred.
