Key Responsibilities

• For Software Developers: Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain robust and scalable software solutions across various platforms (Java, Python, MERN Stack, .NET). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
• For Data Analysts: Collect, clean, analyze, and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights using tools like SQL and Power BI. Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.
• For Software Testers: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing. Identify, document, and track software defects and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution. Perform regression testing, performance testing, and system integration testing to guarantee the quality and reliability of our software products.

Requirements

• Educational qualification: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (BE / B.Tech), Master of Technology (M.Tech), or Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from a recognized institution.
• Passout year: Candidates from the 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026 batches are encouraged to apply.
• Experience: We welcome freshers with zero experience as well as experienced professionals with up to 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong foundational knowledge in programming concepts, data structures, and algorithms for developer roles.
• Basic understanding of data analysis techniques and tools for analyst roles, and software testing methodologies for tester roles.
• Must be available to work from our office in Kharadi, Pune; preference will be given to candidates residing in Pune.
