Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire software engineering lifecycle, encompassing system design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing production support.
• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend systems and sophisticated REST APIs.
• Architect and implement scalable databases and robust distributed systems to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
• Develop and manage microservices, message queues, and event-driven architectures for enhanced system flexibility and resilience.
• Implement and enforce stringent security measures and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to protect sensitive data and systems.
• Optimize system performance and ensure high scalability to handle growing user demands and data volumes.
• Oversee comprehensive testing and quality engineering processes to deliver fault-tolerant and reliable software products.
• Leverage AI-assisted engineering tools and concepts, including coding agents, to enhance development efficiency and innovation.
• Conduct thorough production troubleshooting and in-depth Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to resolve complex technical issues promptly.

Requirements

• Proven professional experience as a Software Engineer or Software Architect with a strong focus on full-stack development.
• Deep expertise in system design and architecture, including the ability to conceptualize and implement complex software solutions.
• Demonstrable proficiency in backend engineering, including the development of REST API services.
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with databases and designing distributed systems.
• Extensive experience with microservices, message queues, and developing event-driven system architectures.
• Strong background in implementing security protocols, RBAC, and optimizing for performance and scalability.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted engineering techniques and a keen interest in leveraging AI for development.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to independently translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver production-ready code.
• Experience with production troubleshooting and conducting detailed root cause analysis.
• Experience in Fintech/Payments or Logistics domains, Kubernetes, and AWS is a significant plus.
