As a Software Quality Test Engineer, you will be responsible for validating software components that integrate with complex analytical systems. Your work will directly support the reliability and performance of critical healthcare instrumentation, leveraging your detailed understanding of both software testing principles and advanced chemistry concepts. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive manual and automated test cases for software applications within the healthcare domain.
• Perform end-to-end testing of SaaS platforms and RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
• Utilize programming languages such as C#/.NET and JavaScript to build and maintain robust test automation frameworks.
• Conduct rigorous testing on various laboratory instruments and systems, including VGC, LC, GC-MS, LC-MS, and Chromatography Systems.
• Participate in instrument calibration, troubleshoot complex issues, and perform thorough root cause analysis for identified defects.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional development, product, and scientific teams throughout the software development lifecycle, adhering to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Document test plans, test cases, and test results meticulously, ensuring adherence to regulatory and quality standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for testing processes and quality assurance best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Software Quality Test Engineer or in a similar QA role, with a strong emphasis on software testing methodologies.
• An academic background or substantial professional experience in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a closely related scientific field.
• Demonstrated proficiency in both manual and automated software testing techniques and tools.
• Hands-on experience with C#/.NET and JavaScript for developing and maintaining automated tests.
• Familiarity with testing SaaS applications, microservices, and REST APIs.
• Practical experience working with laboratory instrumentation such as GC-MS, LC-MS, and Chromatography Systems, including knowledge of instrument calibration and data analysis.
• Understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to interact with technical and scientific teams.
