We are looking for individuals who can seamlessly blend their expertise in advanced SQL querying with their proficiency in Power BI to deliver sophisticated dashboards and reports. This position demands a keen eye for detail, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively to diverse audiences. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain compelling Power BI dashboards, reports, and interactive visualizations that meet specific business requirements.
• Perform in-depth data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) using advanced SQL queries to analyze complex datasets and uncover key trends.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather requirements, define KPIs, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across all reporting solutions and data models.
• Optimize existing Power BI reports and SQL queries for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Provide expert insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making within the healthcare domain.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in data visualization, business intelligence, and SQL development.

Requirements

• A minimum of 8 to 12 years of demonstrable professional experience working extensively with Power BI and SQL.
• Exceptional proficiency in Power BI, including advanced skills in DAX, data modeling, dashboard creation, and various data visualization techniques.
• Strong expertise in SQL, with the ability to write complex queries, stored procedures, and optimize database performance for large datasets.
• Proven experience within the healthcare industry, understanding its unique data structures, regulations, and reporting challenges.
• Ability to work effectively in a demanding environment and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Willingness to commit to the Starlight Shift (3:30 PM - 1:30 AM IST).
• Immediate availability to join is highly preferred.
